- OUS Label gift cards are issued by [OUS LABEL LIMITED] and are available in values of £25, £50, £75, £100 and £150.
- Gift cards are sent by email to the recipient on the date chosen by the buyer. Please check the recipient’s email address carefully. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect address given by the buyer, but will help where we can.
- Gift cards can be used to buy products on ouslabel.com only. They cannot be used to buy other gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where the law requires.
- Gift cards do not expire.
- If an order costs less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use. If it costs more, the difference can be paid by another payment method.
- You can check your balance at checkout or by emailing [hello@ouslabel.com] with your gift card number.
- If you return products bought with a gift card, the refund is added back to a gift card.
- The buyer may cancel a gift card purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the gift card has not been used. After this, gift cards are non-refundable.
- Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or used without permission, unless this is our fault. If you think your gift card has been compromised, contact us straight away and we will try to help.
- We may cancel a gift card that we reasonably believe has been obtained fraudulently.
- Gift cards are not a payment for goods for VAT purposes; [no VAT is charged as we are not VAT registered].
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and do not affect your legal rights.
